Melt Pressure Transducer Hole Plugs
MPI melt pressure transducer/transmitter hole plugs are used to seal old holes that are no longer needed. Our transmitter/transducer hole plugs are made to the same high quality standards as our melt pressure transducers and extruder rupture disks.
Hole plugs are available with the following thread options: ½-20UNF, 5/8-11NC, ¾-16UNF, M18x1.5, and M14x1.5. Custom threads are also available.
Please note that the hole plugs should be installed when the polymer is molten, and with zero pressure in the system.
